What is included

Everything, itemised

No tiers, no upsell, no "premium" version of the same conversation. This is the whole service.

  • Confirmation that your event actually qualifies, before an application is started
  • The exact document list for your event type, with acceptable substitutes
  • Effective-date planning so you are not left with an avoidable one-month gap
  • Data-matching issue tracking with deadline reminders at 30, 14 and 3 days
  • Escalation on the Marketplace casework line when a submitted document is not processed

How it runs

Four steps, in this order

The order is the method. Reversing it is how most comparisons go wrong.

  1. 01

    Verify

Event type, date, and whether the window is 60 days after or 60 days either side.

  2. 02

    Assemble

The document set, checked for legibility and date coverage before anything is uploaded.

  3. 03

    Submit

Application and documents together, with the effective date chosen deliberately.

  4. 04

    Chase

Tracked to clearance. A data-matching issue is not closed until the notice says it is.

OutcomeCoverage in force from the date you intended, with the file already clean.

Frequently asked

About this service

Most applications clear without any. If the Marketplace cannot match your data to federal records it raises a data-matching issue with a deadline, usually 90 days. Income is normally cleared with recent pay stubs, a prior-year 1040, or a signed self-employment statement. Identity and lawful presence have their own document lists. Missing the deadline ends the credit, so upload early.

Lawfully present immigrants are eligible for Marketplace coverage and for premium tax credits, and the list of qualifying statuses is longer than most people assume. Mixed-status households can enrol the eligible members without the ineligible members appearing on the policy, and information given on an application is not used for immigration enforcement.

A permanent move out of your plan's service area is a qualifying life event and opens a 60-day special enrollment period. Your existing plan almost certainly does not follow you, because networks and rates are set by rating area. Start the new application before the move rather than after, so coverage is continuous.

That is genuinely all the preparation required. There is no consumer fee at any point, and no plan on the comparison is weighted by what it pays us.
